All our customer, upon confirmation of their payment, shall collect their images either through our secure Smugmug location or personally from our offices. No other sale of any kind is permitted.

We will comply with the safe harbor requirements of the DMCA in the case of a claim of copyright infringement. Due to this compliance requirements, we may need the disclosure of your identity if you are either the allegedly infringing party or the party filing the copyright infringement complaint.
Our website relies on the superior security measures provided by the Squarespace company. To prevent the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information that we obtain from you we utilize the security measures provided by Squarespace. However, we are unable to make assurances about our ability to prevent any such loss beyond these reasonable security measures.
